How is the Bridgeford different from the original Bridge Faucet?
The Bridgeford features a more refined base profile, slightly lower height, extended spout reach (9.00" vs 7.7"), and precision-machined simple cross handles with subtle beveling. The optional square sprayer is also exclusive to the Nova line. It’s an evolution—retaining the soul of the original but elevated for modern aesthetics.
Is the square sprayer only available with the Bridgeford?
Yes—for now. The square sprayer was designed specifically to complement the Bridgeford’s clean lines and proportions. It’s made from the same solid unlacquered brass and will patina in harmony with the faucet.
What’s the weight of the Bridgeford faucet?
The 8" King version weighs approximately 3.5 lbs—slightly heavier than the original due to the denser base casting. This substantial heft is a hallmark of true solid brass construction.
Can I install this without the deck plate?
Yes—the faucet is designed for both 1-hole (with deck plate) and 3-hole (8" spread) installations. The faceplate is included but optional. Just let us know your sink configuration at checkout if you prefer to omit it.
Does the unlacquered finish require special care?
No special care is needed—but the beauty is in the choice. Let it patina naturally for a unique, antique look. Or polish occasionally with brass cleaner (e.g., Brasso) to maintain the bright gold. Either way, it’s solid brass—no risk of peeling or flaking.
What’s the water flow rate?
Approx. 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI (standard for kitchen faucets). The aerator is removable for cleaning or higher flow if desired.
Do you offer custom lead times or finishes?

• Fixture made to order: These are items not in stock but which we make upon order. Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

Warranty
Noble Brass stands behind every fixture with a comprehensive warranty. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty does not cover installation costs, labor charges, or other consequential expenses. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Warranty Coverage
• 5-Year Finish Warranty — every faucet, sink, and fixture is backed by a 5-year finish warranty, ensuring lasting quality and appearance.
• 1-Year Wearable Parts Warranty — essential components such as hoses, washers, and seals are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Limitations Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to damage from normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or alterations, misuse, negligence, faulty maintenance or installation, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Return & Cancellation
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet. Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Returns for No Reason Items must be unused and in their original packaging. All eligible products are returnable within 60 days from the date of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card provider, as processing can take time. If you still haven’t received it after that, contact us at contact@noble-brass.com.

• Items affected by defects or quality discrepancies fall under our warranty policy and are not covered here.
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, as all details are confirmed with you before production.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are not eligible for return.

How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order with a7–14 business day production window before shipment. Once dispatched from Marrakech via DHL Express or equivalent: USA & Canada5–8 days ·Europe4–7 days ·UK4–6 days ·Rest of world7–14 days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 2–4 weeks. You'll receive tracking as soon as your item ships.
