Visit our Custom Orders page and fill out the inquiry form with your product type, finish, and exact dimensions. We will confirm your specifications by email before production begins. Most custom orders ship within 10-14 business days.
What is the difference between Polished and Brushed Brass?
Polished Brass has a bright, mirror-like finish. Brushed Brass has a softer, matte texture — warmer and more understated, and it hides fingerprints better in high-touch areas.
Are your products solid brass or brass-plated?
All Noble Brass products are solid brass — not brass-plated steel or zinc. Solid brass develops a natural patina over time that plated finishes cannot replicate.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Custom length orders ship within 10-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Will my hardware patina over time?
Yes, our products are crafted from unlacquered solid brass in our Moroccan workshop. Over time, exposure to air and touch will cause the hardware to age organically, darkening into a rich, beautiful antique look. If you prefer a bright shine, it can easily be restored using a quality brass polish.
How should I clean and care for my brass hardware?
For everyday cleaning, simply wipe down the hardware with a soft, damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, abrasives, or acidic agents, as these can strip the natural finish unevenly.
