Does this system include the mixing valve?
No, this is an exposed trim kit designed to connect to your existing water supply. It requires standard male-threaded outlets (hot and cold) coming from your wall. We recommend pairing it with a high-quality thermostatic or pressure-balance rough-in valve suitable for your local plumbing codes.
How does the unlacquered brass finish age?
Since the brass is raw and sealed only with a light wax, it interacts with oxygen and water to develop a "living finish." Over time, it will naturally darken and acquire a unique, mottled patina. This is a desired aesthetic feature of artisan brass. If you prefer a shiny look, you can polish it regularly with Brasso or a similar brass cleaner.
Can I install this if my pipes are already tiled in?
This system acts as a "bridge" style faucet. It mounts directly to two rough-in pipes (Hot & Cold) sticking out of the finished wall. It does not require breaking the tile unless your existing pipe centers (the distance between hot and cold pipes) are drastically different from the standard 6" to 8" spread. Our included S-unions allow for adjustment between approximately 6 inches and 9 inches.
Is the handheld sprayer and hose included?
Yes, the complete set includes the main showerhead, the exposed riser pipe, the curved tub filler spout, and a matching solid brass handheld sprayer with a flexible hose and wall-mount bracket.
What is the water flow rate?
The system is designed to provide a generous, rain-like flow. However, it is compatible with standard water restrictors if your local plumbing codes require a specific GPM (e.g., 1.8 or 2.5 GPM). The pressure has been tested up to 150 PSI to ensure durability.
What is the warranty coverage?
We offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering the structural integrity of the brass and mechanical operation (leaks, diverter failure). The natural patina process of unlacquered brass is not considered a defect; it is a characteristic of the material.

• Fixture made to order: These are items not in stock but which we make upon order. Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

Return & Cancellation
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet. Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Returns for No Reason Items must be unused and in their original packaging. All eligible products are returnable within 60 days from the date of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card provider, as processing can take time. If you still haven’t received it after that, contact us at contact@noble-brass.com.
