Shipping Policy
All Noble Brass products are made in our workshop in Marrakesh, Morocco and ship directly to you.
- Standard delivery to the US & Canada: 10–18 business days
- Expedited shipping is available on request — contact us before placing your order
- All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions, but we will always help you track and resolve any issue

Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of every piece we make.
- Standard (non-custom) items: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Custom-sized orders are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective or incorrect
- Defective or incorrect items: we will replace or refund at no cost to you — just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery

Custom Orders
Most Noble Brass products can be made to your exact specifications.
- Custom lengths, configurations, and finish combinations are available on most items
- Custom orders require confirmation of measurements before production begins — we will email you to confirm before starting
- Production time for custom orders: 5–10 business days before shipping
- Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective
- Payment is collected at time of order

Privacy Policy
Noble Brass (Noble Brass LLC, Wyoming, USA) collects only the information needed to process and ship your order.
- We collect: name, email address, shipping address, and order details
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (shipping carriers, payment processors)
- Payment information is processed securely through Etsy or Stripe — we never store card details
- We may send order confirmation and shipping update emails — no marketing emails without your consent
- You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@noble-brass.com
