The Hand-Finished Process
At Noble Brass, we specialize in refining raw, premium-grade metals. Rather than utilizing commercial lacquer or uniform spray coatings, each post and rod is carefully hand-finished by skilled artisans in our Marrakech workshop. This process preserves the true character of the metal, allowing it to breathe, mature, and deepen its personality alongside your home.

Installation & Care
Installation: Each post is equipped with a matching three-screw base plate to guarantee flush, stable mounting onto timber shelves, countertops, or mantle ledges. Color-matched mounting screws are included.
Care: Because this is a genuine living finish, it will naturally darken and oxidize. To maintain its raw brilliance, occasionally polish with a soft cloth and metal cleaner. To let it patina naturally, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Shipping
Your lead time depends on the following factors:
• Fixture already in stock: 2-3 business days handling + 5 business days shipping to your address.
• Customized fixture: Depending on the customization, lead time can range from 1 week to 4-5 weeks. More precise information is provided based on your specific order.
• Fixture made to order: These are items not in stock but which we make upon order. Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

US clients: Noble Brass takes care of customs tariffs, so no additional charges to expect.
International clients: Local customs fees may apply to your order, depending on your country.
Warranty
Noble Brass stands behind every fixture with a comprehensive warranty. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty does not cover installation costs, labor charges, or other consequential expenses. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Warranty Coverage
• 5-Year Finish Warranty — every faucet, sink, and fixture is backed by a 5-year finish warranty, ensuring lasting quality and appearance.
• 1-Year Wearable Parts Warranty — essential components such as hoses, washers, and seals are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Limitations Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to damage from normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or alterations, misuse, negligence, faulty maintenance or installation, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Return & Cancellation
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet. Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Returns for No Reason Items must be unused and in their original packaging. All eligible products are returnable within 60 days from the date of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card provider, as processing can take time. If you still haven’t received it after that, contact us at contact@noble-brass.com.
Exclusions
• Items affected by defects or quality discrepancies fall under our warranty policy and are not covered here.
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, as all details are confirmed with you before production.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are not eligible for return.
• Products modified or altered without authorization from Noble Brass are ineligible for return.

How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order with a7–14 business day production window before shipment. Once dispatched from Marrakech via DHL Express or equivalent: USA & Canada5–8 days ·Europe4–7 days ·UK4–6 days ·Rest of world7–14 days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 2–4 weeks. You'll receive tracking as soon as your item ships.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
