Yes. As our customer David H. mentioned in his review, we can customize the shower head size (e.g., upgrade to 8" or 10") for a small fee. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange this.
Is this a complete system with valves?
This is a Trim Kit that requires a separate rough-in valve installed in your wall. The set includes the layout components shown: Arm, Head, Handheld, Hose, and Bracket. You will need a standard 2-outlet diverter valve from your local plumbing supplier.
What are the exact dimensions?
The shower arm extends 8.5 inches from the wall. The shower head face is 6 inches in diameter. The handheld sprayer is 7.8 inches long with a 2.5 inch face.

• Customized fixture: Depending on the customization, lead time can range from 1 week to 4-5 weeks. More precise information is provided based on your specific order.
• Fixture made to order: These are items not in stock but which we make upon order. Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

Warranty
Noble Brass stands behind every fixture with a comprehensive warranty. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty does not cover installation costs, labor charges, or other consequential expenses. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Warranty Coverage
• 5-Year Finish Warranty — every faucet, sink, and fixture is backed by a 5-year finish warranty, ensuring lasting quality and appearance.
• 1-Year Wearable Parts Warranty — essential components such as hoses, washers, and seals are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Limitations Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to damage from normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or alterations, misuse, negligence, faulty maintenance or installation, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Return & Cancellation
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet. Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Returns for No Reason Items must be unused and in their original packaging. All eligible products are returnable within 60 days from the date of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card provider, as processing can take time. If you still haven’t received it after that, contact us at contact@noble-brass.com.

• Items affected by defects or quality discrepancies fall under our warranty policy and are not covered here.
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, as all details are confirmed with you before production.
