Is copper hard to maintain?
Not at all. Unlacquered copper is low maintenance if you allow it to patina naturally. Simply rinse after use and wipe dry avoiding hard water spots. If you prefer the bright shiny look, you can polish it, but most clients love the antique living finish.
Does the tub get cold quickly?
Copper is an excellent heat conductor. It absorbs the heat from the water and radiates it back, keeping your bath water warmer for significantly longer than cast iron or acrylic tubs.
What is included with the tub?
The tub comes as a standalone soaking basin. Overflow kits and drains are sold separately or can be selected in the configuration options above.
What cleaning products should I avoid?
Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals like bleach. These can strip the patina or scratch the copper. Mild soap and a soft cloth are all you need for daily cleaning.
Can I use bath salts or essential oils?
Yes, you can! However, rinse the tub thoroughly after use. Acidic ingredients (like lemon or vinegar) in some bath products may brighten spots on the copper, but these will blend back into the patina over time.

• Fixture already in stock: 2-3 business days handling + 5 business days shipping to your address.
• Customized fixture: Depending on the customization, lead time can range from 1 week to 4-5 weeks. More precise information is provided based on your specific order.
• Fixture made to order: These are items not in stock but which we make upon order. Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

Warranty
Noble Brass stands behind every fixture with a comprehensive warranty. In the event of a defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty does not cover installation costs, labor charges, or other consequential expenses. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Warranty Coverage
• 5-Year Finish Warranty — every faucet, sink, and fixture is backed by a 5-year finish warranty, ensuring lasting quality and appearance.
• 1-Year Wearable Parts Warranty — essential components such as hoses, washers, and seals are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Limitations Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend to damage from normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or alterations, misuse, negligence, faulty maintenance or installation, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Return & Cancellation
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped yet. Customized orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Returns for No Reason Items must be unused and in their original packaging. All eligible products are returnable within 60 days from the date of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank or card provider, as processing can take time. If you still haven’t received it after that, contact us at contact@noble-brass.com.

• Items affected by defects or quality discrepancies fall under our warranty policy and are not covered here.
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, as all details are confirmed with you before production.
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance are not eligible for return.
• Products modified or altered without authorization from Noble Brass are ineligible for return.

How long does shipping take?
All items are made to order with a7–14 business day production window before shipment. Once dispatched from Marrakech via DHL Express or equivalent: USA & Canada5–8 days ·Europe4–7 days ·UK4–6 days ·Rest of world7–14 days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 2–4 weeks. You'll receive tracking as soon as your item ships.
