Every Noble Brass order ships from our Moroccan workshop directly to your door in the United States. We take care with every package and stand behind every piece we make.
Shipping Policy
Noble Brass currently ships to addresses within the United States only. All orders are shipped via international tracked courier from our workshop in Morocco.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We work to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.
- Free shipping on orders over $150 (contiguous US)
- Standard tracked shipping available on all orders
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships
Processing Times
All Noble Brass products are made to order in our Moroccan workshop. Please allow the following processing times before shipment:
- Standard orders: 5-7 business days
- Custom length orders: 10-14 business days
Once shipped, delivery to US addresses typically takes 5-10 additional business days depending on your location and customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Noble Brass hardware. If something is not right, we will make it right.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) items
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- To initiate a return, email us at thenoblebrass@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
Custom Order Policy
Because custom length orders are made specifically to your measurements, they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the specifications you provided.
Before production begins on any custom order, we will email you to confirm your exact dimensions and finish selection. Please review this confirmation carefully - once production begins, changes cannot be made.
If your custom order arrives damaged or does not match your confirmed specifications, we will remake it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
